The executive fountain pen feature a magnetic center band. When capped the pen will write even when not in use for two weeks. The nib or feed will not dry out. The cap posts to the back end of the pen extending the length of the pen. This is a well balanced pen whether posted or not.
Hardware trim is chrome plated. The filling system is convertor or cartridge. The nib is a Schmidt polished stainless steel with a medium tip.
For the fountain pen there are no other nib options.
