Life time Limited Warranty:
Shaw Pens limited warranty is for life. Should you have a manufacturing defect Shaw Pens will either fix the pen or replace the pen at no extra charge.
Warranty does not cover refills, or abuse of the pen.
One year no questions asked.
A one year warranty cover one occurrence of no questions asked should the pen be stolen, lost, breakage not caused by manufacture defect. Shaw Pens will replace the pen in question. Please note this is for a one time occurrence.
